HAIC has A-shares, B-shares and C-shares;
The share capital of the company is DKK 1,125,000, distributed in 1,250 A-shares of DKK 100,- and 100 B- shares of DKK 10.000,- and so far 4 C-shares of DKK 10.000,- .
The Board of Directors have until OGM 2021 been authorized to increase the ApS capital up to a total of DKK 1,000,000.00 by subscription of C-stocks á DKK 10,000.00 at par.
HAIC shares are actual works of art and the shares are genuine certificates of ownership
HAIC shares can be issued in various sizes and as works on canvas, or on paper
HAIC shares can be augmented with further painting on request
